SunRidge Properties Inc., dba SunRidge Management Services & Cal Pac Properties was founded in 2004. A San Diego based full service Property Management Company, with expertise in single family homes, individually owned condos and multi-family apartment communities.
CEO Grace Esparza has over 25-years in the management industry. A native of San Diego, her knowledge of San Diego County and of this industry provides a caring and refreshing approach; this is evident in the company’s long-term clients and multiple property owners.
Ms. Esparza’s knowledge comes from managing property portfolios of all sizes; single-family homes to large apartment communities from Class-A to complete rehab projects. Her Real Estate studies, licensing and certifications have all been obtained in San Diego.
Ms. Esparza is the Broker of record and also holds a General Contractor’s license.
